How do I cancel the purchase of a gift card?

If your gift card has not yet been delivered, you can cancel your purchase by contacting Customer Support at 877-246-6255 at least one day before the scheduled delivery date.
Your purchase cannot be canceled on or after the delivery date you selected at purchase.
